Zoom Mentorship Private ONE ON ONE-ONE SPOT LEFT

In 2025 I will be hosting Zoom Private ONE ON ONE Mentorships. These will limited to 11 people for the year. This will be a comprehensive training in the death walker world of my ancestors and elders. Dates and times will be according to your schedule. There will an R.S.V.P and a charge of $333.00 per person. This is a 6 week session. One hour or more depending on the topic of the week. If intersted please reach out. This is private session between me and you via Zoom.

Workshop 2: Butterfly Kisses & Rainbow Wishes

This workshop helps parents gently introduce the concept of death to their young children. I'll provide simple, age-appropriate language and creative activities to make these conversations more comfortable and supportive. REGISTRATION is REQUIRED. LIMITED SPOTS. 


DATE: June 28th.- I am  pleased to invite you to my "Butterly Kisses & Rainbow Wishes" workshop, designed to provide a comprehensive and interactive experience for parents and kids to start to navigate the death and dying process.


Details:


Date and Time: June 28th @ 3:00pm-4:30pm


Format: Zoom Session (enjoy the privacy and autonomy of your own space)


Teams: Parents and kids. (Grandparents are counted to)


Cost: $99.00 for parent and child.


Capacity: 25 total 


WORKSHOP 2: "BUTTERFLY KISSES & RAINBOW WISHES"

This workshop helps parents gently introduce the concept of death to their young children. I’ll provide simple, age-appropriate language and creative activities to make these conversations more comfortable and supportive.


Target Audience

Parents and children aged 4 to 6

Duration-90 minutes

Outline

Introduction (10 minutes)

  • Welcome and introduction to the workshop facilitator (death walker).
  • Overview of the session and its goals.

Understanding Death in Simple Terms (15 minutes)

  • Using age-appropriate language to explain what death is.
  • Reading a gentle storybook about loss and the natural cycle of life.

Interactive Activities (20 minutes)

  • Crafting a "Memory Box" where children can place items that remind them of a loved one.
  • Drawing and sharing feelings about loss.

Open Dialogue (20 minutes)

  • Encouraging children to ask questions and express their feelings.
  • Providing parents with tips on how to respond compassionately.

Role-Playing Scenarios (15 minutes)

  • Acting out simple, relatable scenarios to practice talking about death.

Creative Continuation at Home (10 minutes)

  • Suggestions for parents to create a "Memory Garden" at home, planting flowers or a tree in memory of a loved one.
  • Encouraging parents to incorporate storytime with books about life and loss regularly.

Resources

  • Age-appropriate books about death and loss. I will have  story time and email other suggestions reading materials to follow-up
  • Craft materials for memory boxes. I will send a basic list you may add accordingly
  • Seeds or small plants for memory gardens. This I will talk through and send emails out to those who need guidance and story telling concepts.

 DATE: FEB. 8th.- CLOSED/ NEXT ONE COMING SOON> I am  pleased to invite you to my "RolePlay Your Death Plan" workshop, designed to provide a comprehensive and interactive experience for couples to explore and refine their end-of-life plans. This workshop ensures that participants are fully comfortable with their decisions and prepared for their end-of-life choices.

Format: Zoom Session (enjoy the privacy and autonomy of your own space)


Teams: 2 people per team


Cost: $99.00 per team


Capacity: Maximum of 11 teams (22 participants).

The workshop outline is below;

 

Workshop: Final Act-Role-Playing Your Death Plan 

  • Title: Final Act
  • Duration: 2 hours 
  • Participants: 20 couples (40 participants)
  • Price: $111.00 per couple

Objectives

  • To help couples become comfortable with their death plans through role-playing.
  • To ensure that the scenarios in their death plans align with their true wishes.
  • To provide a safe space for couples to discuss and alter their death plans as needed.


Workshop Structure

  1. Introduction (15 minutes)
    • Welcome and introduction to the workshop.
    • Overview of the objectives and structure of the session.
    • Brief explanation of the importance of having a death plan.

  1. Session 1: Understanding Death Plans (30 minutes)
    • Explanation of what a death plan is and its components.
    • Discussion on the significance of having a personalized death plan.
    • Sharing examples of different death plan scenarios.

  1. Session 2: Role-Playing Scenarios (1 hour)
    • Couples will be divided into pairs and given different death scenarios from their death plan books.
    • Each couple will role-play their assigned scenario, taking turns to act as the dying person and the support person.
    • Facilitators will guide the role-playing, providing feedback and support.

  1. Session 3: Adding New Concepts (30 minutes)
    • Introduction of additional death plan concepts by the facilitator.
    • Couples will discuss and incorporate these new concepts into their death plans.
    • Role-playing of the new scenarios to ensure comfort and alignment with their wishes.

  1. Session 4: Group Discussion and Feedback (30 minutes)
    • Group discussion on the experiences and insights gained from the role-playing sessions.
    • Sharing of any changes or adjustments made to the death plans.
    • Open floor for questions and feedback.

  1. Session 5: Final Review and Closing (15 minutes)
    • Final review of the death plans with the facilitators.
    • Summary of key takeaways from the workshop.
    • Closing remarks and thank you.

Additional Notes

  • Materials Needed: Death plan books, role-playing props (if any), notepads, pens.
  • Facilitators: Experienced death walker Paula to guide the sessions and provide support.
  • Environment: A comfortable and private space to ensure participants feel safe and open to discussing sensitive topics.

I will be at my local Tueday Market in Gulfport on the following days to educate the public about the Florida Death with Dignity Bill. I will be at the market at 9:00 am-NOONISH.
